Ulka

An e-bike store lit by the same Bengaluru dawn on every scroll: light serif names, instrument-panel mono, and dark graphite machines floating in warm air with no ground beneath them.
Ulka is an invented electric-bike maker from Peenya, Bengaluru, with three models built around one sealed, swappable battery: Tara for the daily commute, Vayu for long climbs and Gaja, a longtail for cargo and school runs. We set ourselves a storefront brief: sell a monsoon-proof machine to riders who already know every flooded underpass on their route.
The page sits on one dawn gradient, blush to apricot to pale sky, so every chapter feels lit by the same early light. Model names are set huge in Newsreader Light, while specs, tabs and prices run in small Martian Mono capitals, an editorial voice paired with an instrument panel. The bikes are drawn, not photographed: matte graphite with cylindrical shading and a warm bounce from the gradient. Two chapters break the warm scroll on purpose, a slate-blue swap-hub map and a burnt-orange Deccan dusk behind a giant wordmark.
Every bike is generated as layered SVG from a single set of frame geometry and projected into side and three-quarter views, so the spec explorer shows a true three-quarter render with frosted hotspots and an X-ray mode revealing cells, motor windings and wiring. One model switcher updates the intro, feature list, exploded battery view and spec table together, and kit tabs recalculate weight and price. The hero scene, the tilted Bengaluru map and the footer landscape are code-drawn as well, and at phone width the layout folds into one column with a slide-in colour-block menu.
