Kesh Club

A salon site that behaves like the salon: every section a freshly painted room, copy annotated in marker like a stylist's sketch card, and the colour doing the talking.
Kesh Club is an invented salon on the first floor of Hauz Khas Village, built around bold cuts and hand-mixed colour. Most salon sites in Delhi look like wedding brochures: soft photos, gold script and a price list in a PDF. Kesh needed to feel like the room itself, loud and specific, and to answer the question every colour client asks first: can my hair actually do this?
The page is a stack of six flat colour rooms in lilac, bone, mint, coral, butter and kohl, three of them full-viewport, with no gradients or shadows in the chrome. The type is one mono family, Red Hat Mono, from the giant all-caps manifesto to the 12px pill labels, plus a fat display face for the membership tile and a wordmark drawn from stroked SVG paths with a bouncing baseline. Black marker underlines and one loose circle sit under the words a stylist would stress, so the copy reads as if it had been annotated in the chair.
The story room pins four recent cuts to a board as ink-outlined polaroids with tape, each cropped tight on the hair and graded under the same lilac wash. Services sit in a sideways rail of drawn objects: hair swatches generated strand by strand in SVG, shears, a tint bowl and a comb, each with a length pill that changes the price. Take-home care forms a centred two-column shelf with steppers and a live bag count. The butter booking room pairs day, time and stylist pills with Ask Kesh, a scripted concierge that answers questions on lift, price and open chairs. A coral wipe opens the page and returns as the menu, and every room reflows to a single column at phone width.
