Ashlar

We built a developer's website the way its buyers think: as a drawing set, with hairline cells, rulers and engraved elevations in place of renders and brochure photography.
Ashlar Residences is an invented Gurugram developer with a single project: a fifteen-storey board-marked concrete tower of forty-two homes on Golf Course Road, three to a floor. Its buyers are architects, engineers and people who read plans for a living, and the usual launch kit of lifestyle renders and stock photography tells them nothing they want to know.
So the site behaves like a drawing sheet. One hairline frame holds every section, cut into cells with rulers, crosshairs and coordinate tags. A heavy uppercase Archivo carries the statements, JetBrains Mono handles specifications and labels, and a single laterite oxide marks guide lines, sun discs and the one solid call to action. The name means stone dressed true and laid in courses, so the hero elevation staggers dark loggias against solid concrete panels, floor by floor, like ashlar coursing.
Every image is drawn in code. A small SVG engine renders hatching and engraved grain from feTurbulence filters, projects the tower, an oculus wall, the podium pavilion and the entrance court in true perspective, and grows the trees recursively. On desktop the cursor drives a live crosshair readout, hovering any home on the elevation selects it with its type and area, and the headline band pins while the next section slides beneath it. On phones the elevation re-crops around the tower, the splits stack, and the nav folds into a full-screen menu.
