Terms of Service

These terms apply when you engage Untime Labs (Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India) to build a website or provide AI chatbot and SEO services. Your written acceptance of a quote — by email or WhatsApp — means these terms apply to that project.

We build a homepage demo before you pay anything. The demo is genuinely free and comes with no obligation on you. Until you accept a quote and pay the first instalment, the demo remains our property, is hosted on our own temporary link, and may be taken down at any time. You may not deploy, copy or pass the demo to another developer to reproduce.

• Website builds start at ₹9,999 and are quoted as a fixed price before work begins.
• Fixed-price builds are 50% on acceptance and 50% before the site goes live, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• The AI chatbot and AI SEO plan is ₹2,000 per month, billed monthly in advance.
• All prices are exclusive of GST, which is added where applicable.
• Domain registration and hosting are billed at cost and held in your own account.

The quote lists what is included — page count, revision rounds and features. Anything not listed is out of scope. We are happy to add things, but new work is quoted and agreed separately before we start it. We will never add a charge you have not agreed to.

Typical delivery is 7 days for a Starter build and 14 days for Growth, measured from the date we have your content — logo, images, service and pricing details. Delays in receiving content move the delivery date by the same amount. We will tell you when that happens rather than letting a date quietly slip.

You confirm that any logo, image, text or other material you give us is yours to use, or that you have permission to use it. You are responsible for the accuracy of claims, prices and legal or regulatory disclosures on your website. We are not liable for third-party claims arising from material you supplied.

On final payment, ownership of the website design and the custom code we wrote for you transfers to you. Your domain and hosting accounts are in your name throughout. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, components and internal frameworks we used to build it, and of any generic techniques and know-how.

Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished site in our portfolio and refer to you as a client.

The chatbot and SEO plan runs month to month with no minimum term. Cancel by telling us in writing before your next billing date and the service ends at the close of the paid period. We do not refund part-months. On cancellation the chatbot is removed from your site; your website itself is unaffected and stays live.

SEO results depend on your market, your competition and how search engines and AI systems choose to rank and cite content. We do not guarantee a specific ranking position, a specific volume of traffic, a number of leads, or that any AI engine will cite your site. Any figures shown on this website are illustrative unless explicitly presented as a measured result for a named client.

Similarly, an AI chatbot generates its answers and can occasionally get something wrong. We train and review it, but you should treat it as a helpful first responder, not as formal advice given on your behalf.

Every build includes a period of free fixes after launch — 30 days on Starter, 60 on Growth, 90 on Scale. This covers things that are broken or not working as specified. It does not cover new features, new pages or design changes, which are quoted separately.

Our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Either side can end a project in writing. If you end it after work has started, you pay for the work completed up to that point and we hand over what has been produced. If we end it, we refund anything you have paid for work not yet done.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would much rather sort out a problem by talking about it first — email hello@untimelabs.com.
