Untime Labs is a web development studio based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through this website. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@untimelabs.com and we will explain it in plain language.

We only collect what you actively give us, plus basic anonymous usage data.

• Information you submit through our enquiry form: your name, business name, phone number, email address, what you need, your rough budget, and your message.
• Anonymous analytics: pages visited, approximate location by city, device type and referring site. This is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
• Technical information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, which we use only to rate-limit our form against spam.

We do not use tracking pixels for advertising, and we do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare your free demo.
• To deliver the services you engage us for.
• To keep our own site working, secure and free of spam submissions.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list because you asked us for a quote.

Your enquiry passes through service providers we use to run this website — currently our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and our analytics provider. They process the data on our instructions only. We do not give anyone else access.

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation if you come back to us later. Client project records are kept for as long as we are working together and for 7 years afterwards, where tax and accounting rules require it. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
• Stop contacting you.

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. We limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not collect payment card details or sensitive personal data through this website, so there is very little here worth stealing.

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
